Professional experience : He worked as Scientist at ICAR-Zonal Project Directorate, Zone-VII, Jabalpur during 2010-2012, in different capacities. He visited to more than 30 KVKs and coordinated zonal workshops, KVK-QRT meetings and national conference on KVK at Jabalpur. He also generated the data base of 100 KVKs in Zone-VII for planning, executing and monitoring of different extension activities across the states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. Later, he joined ICAR-Indian Institute of Natural Resins and Gums, Ranchi in 2012 and presently working in Transfer of Technology Division. He worked on impact assessment and market research on Natural Resins and Gums and CPI of project on lac cultivation and processing unit establishment sponsored by Government of Jharkhand under District Innovative Fund. He has furnished the NRG information cell with national level data base and delivered consultancy services on impact assessment studies. His advocacy in the welfare of tribal community to considering the lac as the farm produce instead of the forest produce is applied for the polcy reforms by the state governments in India. Currently, he is working as Senior Scientist at Directorate of Rapeseed-Mustard Research, Bharatpur (Rajasthan), India.
Education : Dr. R. K. Yogi did graduation (Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences) from Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner. He acquired Institute Research Fellowship during the course of M. Sc. and Ph. D. at ICAR- National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal, (Haryana). Recently he accomplished Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental and Sustainable Development (PGDESD) from IGNOU.
